Shenandoah Appraisal Services is a full service residential real estate appraisal firm located in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Our service area encompasses Augusta, Rockbridge, Highland counties and the cities of Staunton, Waynesboro, Lexington and Buena Vista.

We have experience appraising all types of single family residential properties, hobby farms, horse properties, small income producing residences, two to four family residential properties and new construction appraisals. We will also assist you with appraisals of unimproved land, working farms, and commercial properties.

Miles F.P. Willett is licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Prior to licensing, Mr. Willett served as president and C.E.O. of a local bank for over twenty years. A Shenandoah Valley native he is active in many local organizations.

Miles F.P. Willett JR is licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Trainee Appraiser. He has lived in the Shenandoah Valley for over 10 years.
